CNC TURNING

CNC turning means metal cutting with the help of a computer driven machine tool. A significant advantage of this method is the high accuracy and also the speed of the machining process.

According to the required parameters of the final workpiece, the programmer first creates a program, machine operator transfers it to the integrated computer of the individual machine and then the computer is automatically controlling the entire machining process on the basis of predefined instructions. The task of the machine operator of every machining centre is also to ensure the accuracy of the material and its continuous replenishment for the required amount, checking the machine running, checking the condition of tools and continuous checking parameters of final workpiece.
