The main field of activities of Strojírna ŽAC A.S. is the custom production of CNC turned and milled components. The traditional industries in which we supply our manufactured parts are mainly medical, automotive and aviation industries. In parallel we produce parts for air-conditioning, security and radio technologies. A separate chapter of our portfolio consists in production of specific euro locks and euro keys used throughout Europe.
The team of employees consists of about 30 stable experienced workers. Also, thanks to their expertise, we are able to process all metal and plastic materials in three shift schedule including weekend. In order to improve competitiveness and create ideal conditions for our employees we continually modernize the machinery and production technologies. The latest acquisition includes plastic injection machines for plastics processing.
Ensuring a comprehensive production process is controlled by an established ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
The company's registered office together with the production premises is located at a strategic location about 10km northwest of the capital city of Prague and oriented towards Vaclav Havel airport. The advantage of the location is the really short distance to main freeways to Ústí nad Labem (D8), Chomutov (D7) and to the main connecting road of other motorway routes around Prague (D0).
Around the airport are places depots of all major transportation companies, particularly in Velké Přílepy is located the depot of Geis CZ s.r.o.
