CNC milling means metal cutting with the help of a computer driven milling centre similar as turning. Essential difference is that material or half-finished product is fixed in position and the main movement performs milling cutter. Standard milling centres are machining in three basic axes. For acceleration of production time or machining more difficult pieces is preferable to use milling centres with additional axis which are also included in our machinery.
According to the required parameters of the final workpiece, the programmer first creates a program, machine operator transfers it to the integrated computer of the individual machine and then the computer is automatically controlling the entire machining process on the basis of predefined instructions. The task of the machine operator of every milling centre is also to ensure the accuracy of the material and its continuous replenishment for the required amount, checking the machine running, checking the condition of tools and continuous checking parameters of final workpiece.
Currently our machinery comprises 6 CNC milling centres. Due to the variety and different possibilities of each machine we offer the following models for CNC milling.
